Our Technology

Every system we use at New Life Dental exists for one reason: to help Dr. Cho diagnose accurately, plan precisely, and deliver results you can count on. Here's what we use and what it means for you.

In-House Digital Lab & 3D Printing

Most practices outsource restorations to an external lab. We build ours on-site.

Dr. Cho personally designs and 3D prints custom appliances and prosthetics in our in-house digital lab. For patients, this means:

  • Faster turnaround on night guards, surgical guides, and full-arch prosthetics
  • Tighter quality control at every stage
  • Fewer appointments needed to complete treatment

In-house crown fabrication is expanding soon, which will further reduce turnaround times for restorative work.

CBCT 3D Imaging

A standard X-ray produces a flat image. A CBCT scan produces a full, three-dimensional view of your teeth, jawbone, and surrounding anatomy.

We use CBCT imaging to:

  • Plan implant placement with precision
  • Assess bone volume before grafting
  • Evaluate impacted teeth
  • Visualize sinus anatomy before sinus lift procedures

The result is more accurate treatment planning and more predictable surgical outcomes.

Intraoral Camera & Digital X-rays

We show you what we find, not just tell you.

High-resolution intraoral cameras capture close-up, real-time images of your teeth and gums. Digital X-rays produce instant, clear imaging with significantly less radiation than traditional film. Together, these tools allow Dr. Cho to:

  • Catch problems earlier
  • Explain findings in plain language
  • Give you a clear picture of your own oral health before any treatment decision is made

AI-Assisted X-ray Visualization

Dental X-rays are difficult to read without clinical training. Our AI-powered visualization system highlights areas of concern directly on your imaging so you can see exactly what Dr. Cho sees. Patients who have struggled to understand a diagnosis in the past often find that this changes the conversation entirely.

Guided Implant Surgery

Dr. Cho holds fellowship-level credentials in implant dentistry and combines that training with computer-guided surgical planning and 3D-printed surgical guides produced in our on-site lab. This approach delivers:

  • Accurate, efficient implant placement
  • Consistent results for single-tooth and full-arch cases
  • A more comfortable experience when paired with local anesthesia and oral sedation options
