See If Implants Are Right For You
Not sure if implants are the right fit? Take our two-minute quiz to find out if you are a candidate. Dr. Cho will review your results and give you a straight answer at your consultation.

Stop Managing the Problem. Fix It.

Most Patients Skip Bone Grafting Entirely
Traditional full-arch procedures required six to eight implants and often involved bone grafting before placement could begin. All-on-4 works differently. The two rear implants are angled to maximize contact with available bone, allowing most patients to move straight to placement without preliminary procedures. Fewer steps, fewer appointments, faster results.
Placed, Restored, and Built In-House
Dr. Cho places and restores All-on-4 cases at New Life Dental. Your prosthetic components are designed and fabricated in our on-site digital lab. No outside referrals, no lab delays, no hand-offs between providers. One doctor, one practice, start to finish.

You Leave with Teeth the Same Day
All-on-4 allows for a temporary restoration to be placed the same day as surgery. You leave with a full, functional set of teeth while your implants heal. Once healing is complete, your permanent bridge is fabricated in-house and fitted for a final result built to last decades.

When It's Time to Choose All-on-4
Most patients who come to us for All-on-4 have been managing tooth loss for years. They have tried other solutions, adjusted their diet, or simply stopped smiling in photos. If any of the following sound familiar, it may be time to have a conversation with Dr. Cho:
- You are missing all or most of your teeth in one or both arches.
- You have multiple failing, infected, or severely damaged teeth that cannot be saved.
- Your current dentures slip, cause discomfort, or limit what you can eat.
- You have been told you need full extractions and are looking for a permanent path forward.
- Tooth loss is affecting your confidence, your diet, or your daily life.

Who Benefits Most from All-on-4
All-on-4 is not the right solution for every patient, but for the right candidate it is transformative. Patients who tend to benefit most include:
- Adults with full or near-full arch tooth loss who want a permanent, fixed alternative to dentures.
- Patients with significant bone loss who may not qualify for traditional implant procedures but can avoid grafting with All-on-4.
- Patients with failing teeth who want a complete, long-term solution rather than treating each tooth individually.
- Patients who have worn dentures for years and want to restore full chewing function and eliminate slipping.
- Adults who are in good general health and committed to the follow-up care that protects their investment long term.
Not sure if you qualify? Dr. Cho will give you a straight answer during your consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find out if I am a candidate?
Schedule a consultation with Dr. Cho. He will perform a full evaluation including CBCT imaging, review your bone structure and health history, and give you an honest assessment of whether All-on-4 is the right solution for you.
How long do All-on-4 implants last?
With proper care and regular checkups, the implants themselves are designed to last several decades and in many cases a lifetime. The bridge may require maintenance or replacement over time depending on wear. Dr. Cho will give you realistic expectations during your consultation.
How long does the entire process take?
From the initial consultation to your permanent restoration, the process typically takes several months to allow for proper healing and integration. Dr. Cho will give you a clear timeline during your consultation based on your specific situation.
Will I leave with teeth the same day?
Yes. All-on-4 allows for a temporary restoration to be placed on the same day as surgery. This temporary bridge is fully functional while your implants heal. Your permanent restoration is placed once the healing process is complete.
What is the restoration made from?
Most All-on-4 bridges are made from porcelain or zirconia. Both materials closely mimic the light-reflective properties of natural enamel, giving your restoration a realistic, natural appearance.
Is the procedure painful?
Local anesthesia is used throughout the procedure, and oral sedation is available for patients who want to be more relaxed during treatment. Most patients report that the experience is more manageable than they anticipated. Some soreness during the healing period is normal and manageable with medication.
Do I need a bone graft before All-on-4?
Most patients do not. The angled placement of the rear implants is specifically designed to work with the bone that is already present. Dr. Cho will evaluate your bone structure during your consultation and let you know if any preliminary treatment is needed.
Why does All-on-4 only need four implants?
The rear two implants are placed at a precise angle to maximize contact with the available jawbone, providing strong support without requiring the additional implants that traditional full-arch procedures needed. This engineering is what allows most patients to skip bone grafting altogether.
How is All-on-4 different from traditional dentures?
Traditional dentures rest on the gums and can slip, cause irritation, and limit what you eat. An All-on-4 restoration is anchored to implants, which means it is fixed, stable, and functions like natural teeth. It also stimulates the jawbone to prevent the bone loss that typically follows tooth loss.
What is All-on-4?
All-on-4 is a full-arch implant treatment that uses four strategically placed implants to support a complete fixed bridge. It is designed for patients who are missing all or most of their teeth in one or both arches and want a permanent alternative to traditional dentures.
